I believe that a four day workweek can benefit people. First, people usual do not have their own time to do the things they like, if there is one day more for them to take a break, they can hang out with friends and do some sports to keep their health. Owing to the busy work, people hardly have a time to interact with their friend, after a long period of time, they will become less in touched, and lose the friend. In addition, adequate breaking can help workers highly focus on their work, thus, working more efficient, which help bring benefits to the company.

Section Title: 6 Article Revision
Revised Essay:
In my opinion, implementing a four-day workweek can yield significant benefits for both employees and employers. Firstly, individuals often struggle to find personal time for leisure activities and socializing due to the demands of a traditional work schedule. By granting an additional day off, employees would have more opportunities to engage in hobbies, exercise, and maintain relationships with friends and family. This increased work-life balance could lead to improved mental well-being and reduced stress levels. Furthermore, well-rested workers are more likely to be focused and efficient during their working hours, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company. (106 words)
