Title: 6 文章修订
Navigating the complex landscape of staffing is a crucial aspect of establishing a new business in today's highly competitive human resource market. In my opinion, new businesses would greatly benefit from employing recent university graduates rather than experienced industry veterans. Younger employees typically possess higher levels of education and are well-versed in cutting-edge technologies and expertise, such as digital design, innovative coding systems, and intricate application models. Consequently, they can contribute to the company by providing fresh knowledge and skills that lead to the development of novel products and services that resonate with contemporary audiences.
Furthermore, younger individuals tend to be more receptive to embracing new ideas and concepts. As a leader within a nascent organization, having employees who are open to adopting your vision can significantly facilitate the company's growth trajectory. Overall, hiring younger employees provides numerous advantages for new businesses looking to establish themselves in an increasingly competitive market. (154 words)
