From my perspective, I strongly believe that the most important factor for employers to consider when deciding where they should work is the work efficiency. High work efficiency contributes to make employers more competent. It is widely acknowledged that the competition amoung candidates in job markets is extremely intense nowadays due to the high unemployment rate and the rising of numerous talents, which makes it indispensable for employers to make improvements in their work. Under this circumstance, it is promoting work efficacy that can employers make a good impression on superiors and thus prevent them from being hired. To be more specific, worked at home, workers are able to save the money and time cost of communiting, which ensures plenty of time available devoting to work every day especially for the workers whose companies are extremely far away from their home. While it is true that working at home may hinder the progress of workers' work efficiency because of the lack of monitoring from superior, it is of paramount significance for supervisors to hold an online meeting every week in order to keep track of the process of projects and thus motivate workers to spend the time saving by working at home in their work. In conclusion, there is every reason to believe that it is undoubtedly true that the work efficacy should be considered most by employers and working at home is a better choice.
