Today, we are going to discuss how successful software and tech products are launched and marketed. When companies launch and market these products, early adopters are important. Early adopters are customers who tend to buy the latest products and like to be the first to try out new features and processes. In today's discussion, I would like you to describe at least one advantage or disadvantage of being a nearly adopter. Please explain why you think this way.
Andrew
One obvious disadvantage is that early adopters probably pay a lot more for brand- new technology. When products first come out, they're often quite expensive, but once they've been on the market for a while, the price usually drops. That's why I usually wait to buy new technology.
Claire
Claire: New tech products might not always be more expensive - sometimes the company will give people a new product at a discount in exchange for trying it out and giving feedback on it. In fact, to me, that's the biggest advantage of being a nearly adopter- your feedback can guide future improvementsto a product. That's a powerful feeling.

The reading and the lecture are both about being a nearly adopter. The Doctor wants to discuss the good or bad influence on being a nearly adopter with at least one statement.I have to say I wholeheartedly agree with Andrew on this one.In my view it has more disadvantages for being an adopter because if I bought it later, I can view others point about the product. If I waited the others to try the new product, I can view comments on the internet or ask friends who have bought it about whether it is worth buying or not. Then I can decide,it takes more risks if just rush down to the store and buy it immediately maybe it is not as sufficient as the advertisment has bragged or maybe it broken easily after a short time.I think it is better to be wait till other adopters try for a while. For instance when the Huawei's new phone came out,my friend jimmy bough it quickly while I choose to wait,it was real good when he first got it,but not for a while, maybe 3month later, the phone became slower and many problem came up,he have to pay a lot of money to improve the performance while I have nothing to loose. That is what happened to be a adopter. To put in a nutshell,Although clare's opinion seem squarely plausible,Andrew's point and his argument is more feasible overall

Title: 6 文章修订
Paragraph 1: The reading and lecture revolve around the concept of being an early adopter. The professor encourages students to discuss the potential advantages or disadvantages of embracing new technology ahead of others. Personally, I concur with Andrew's perspective, as I believe that being an early adopter carries more drawbacks than benefits, primarily due to the opportunity to learn from others' experiences with the product.
Paragraph 2: By waiting for others to try a new product, one can gather valuable insights from reviews and feedback available online or through personal connections. This approach minimizes risks associated with purchasing a potentially subpar or unreliable product. For example, when Huawei released a new phone model, my friend Jimmy quickly purchased it while I opted to wait. Initially, he was satisfied with his purchase; however, after three months, the phone's performance deteriorated significantly. Consequently, he had to invest additional funds into improving its functionality – an expense I avoided by not being an early adopter.
Paragraph 3: In conclusion, while Claire's viewpoint on the potential benefits of being an early adopter is not without merit, Andrew's argument presents a more compelling case overall. By exercising patience and learning from others' experiences with new products before making a purchase decision, consumers can mitigate risks and make more informed choices in their pursuit of technological advancements.
