I maintain that studying for free will not be as easy as it is designed to be. If the tuition costs of all students are to be paid by the government, it comes a large budget. In order to promise a sufficient money resource, it can‘t be avoid for government to charge more taxes form the public, which causes increasing pressure to the low-income families. For instance, with the rapid declination of new-born population, government worried about the pensions in the future. If the government still charge 1000yuan a month for pensions, in the future when large number of people retire, the pension taxes of the new generation with little people couldn’t afford to pay for those old people. So recently the government begins to charge 3000yuan a month in order to pay for all of the retired people. However, this additional taxes of 2000yuan cause heavy burdens to plenty of families because nowadays there are still a lot of people who can’t earn 3000yuan a month.

Section Title: 6 Article Revision
While the concept of free college education may seem ideal, it is not without its challenges. If the government were to cover tuition costs for all students, it would require a significant budget allocation. To ensure adequate funding, the government may have to increase taxes on the public, potentially exacerbating financial strain on low-income families. For example, as the birth rate declines and concerns about future pension availability rise, governments may be forced to increase pension contributions to ensure sufficient funds for retirees. In some cases, this could result in an additional tax burden that many families cannot afford. Consequently, while free college education aims to promote fairness and accessibility, it may inadvertently create other financial hardships for those it seeks to help. (128 words)
