Student A
Paul In my opinion, cinemas are here to stay. For thousands of years, people have been sharing the collective experience of watching a show, whether it was a live performance at a theater in ancient Greece or a recorded film in a cinema in today's society. And they will continue to want that shared viewing experience.

I personally align with Paul’s viewpoint that cinemas will still exist because going to cinemas is a good way for people to share collective experience. I would add that watching movies in the cinemas rather than in the house will have a better atmosphere and it is also a superb way for people who have worked all week to enjoy their time and boost their mind. For instance, I used to chose to watch movies in my house. Even though it was freer and i was more relaxed, I did not like this experience because nobody laughed with me when some funny plots revealed so that i feel lonely when the movie is over. As a consequence, judging from my experience, the atmosphere is pivotal for watching movies so that the cinema which can provide people with pleasant atmosphere must exist. Convincing as Claire’s idea seems, she ignores the fact it is alaways wonderful for us to watch fantastic movies with people in the cinemas where there is better ambiance that contributes better joy.

Section Title: The Future of Cinemas
In agreement with Paul's perspective, I believe that cinemas will continue to thrive due to the unique collective experience they offer. Furthermore, watching films in a cinema provides an enhanced atmosphere and serves as an excellent leisure activity for individuals seeking respite from their busy lives. For example, I used to prefer watching movies at home for the freedom and relaxation it offered; however, I soon realized that the absence of shared laughter during humorous scenes left me feeling isolated once the film ended. Consequently, based on my personal experience, I contend that the ambiance is crucial for movie-watching experiences, ensuring that cinemas providing such pleasant atmospheres will remain relevant. While Claire's argument may appear persuasive at first glance, it overlooks the undeniable appeal of enjoying exceptional films alongside others in a cinema where a superior ambiance contributes to heightened enjoyment.
