I concur with xx in maintaining that accept criticism is conducive to a team rather than insist yourself. Due primarily to the fact that individual is almost no capable of detecting their own mistakes which can induce an enormous loss to the team, the suggestions from other partners are crucial, entailing people to understand their errors. So, under such conditions, not only the team can avoid the loss, but people themselves also can improve their professional knowledge. Take the case of my classmate John, who is working for a big law. When he initially participated in the team, he knew nothing about professional skills, such as searching documents and finding appropriate laws to support his opinion, so he made lots of mistakes and accepted severe criticisms. But the criticisms from excellent senors promoted his growth, entailing his ability. And now, he is a successful layer in his field.

Title: 6 文章修订
I wholeheartedly agree that accepting criticism is essential for success within a team, rather than stubbornly adhering to one's own beliefs. This is primarily because individuals often struggle to identify their own mistakes, which can lead to significant setbacks for the team. Consequently, feedback from teammates becomes invaluable in helping members recognize and rectify their errors. In doing so, not only does the team avoid potential losses, but individuals also enhance their professional knowledge.
Consider the example of my classmate John, who joined a prestigious law firm with limited experience in the field. Initially, he lacked essential skills such as document research and identifying relevant laws to support his arguments. As a result, he made numerous errors and faced harsh criticism from his more experienced colleagues. However, it was this constructive feedback that ultimately fostered his growth and honed his abilities.
Today, John is a successful lawyer in his field – a testament to the power of embracing criticism within a team setting. By being open to others' critiques and willing to learn from them, individuals can not only improve themselves but also contribute more effectively to their team's overall success. (194 words)
