University Makes Changes to Orientation Program Madison University is making a change to the orientation program for first-year students. In the past, as part of orientation, new, incoming students could go on a two-day hiking and camping trip together with other incoming students on the weekend before classes begin. In order to encourage more students to take advantage of the opportunity to get to know one another in an informal setting, the university will now offer a choice of activities: students will be able to either go hiking or participate in organized group games on campus. Additionally, these activities will last one day only, not two, a change many students had requested.

19. 3.Delivery
The speaker's delivery is generally clear, with a consistent pace and only occasional pauses. However, there are some instances where the speaker could improve their fluency and pronunciation. For example, the phrase "the university hold a change" should be "the university made a change." Additionally, the speaker should work on using more natural-sounding expressions and avoiding repetition of certain phrases. To improve delivery, the speaker should practice speaking more fluidly and focus on proper pronunciation.
4.Topic Development The response is coherent and well-organized, with clear connections between ideas and sufficient support or examples from the listening passage. However, there are areas where the speaker could provide more specific details or examples to better support their points. For instance, when discussing the man's opinion on the changes, the speaker could mention that he believes more students will participate in the orientation program due to these changes. To improve topic development, the speaker should focus on providing more specific details from the listening passage and further elaborating on their points.
5.Language UseThe university hold made ("made" is the correct past tense form of "make") a change to the orientational orientation ("orientation" is the correct term for this context) program. The first change is to give them a choice. The second change is to change for one day instead of two days. And the men man ("man" is the correct singular form) holds a positive view to this change. The first reason he gives (remove "s" for proper verb agreement) is that the choice gives some flexibility. You know, every individual have has ("has" is the correct singular form of "have") different opinions (remove "s" for proper noun agreement) to a choice. Someone prefers to go hiking but someone not prefer this. And the second thing he mentions (remove "s" for proper verb agreement) is that this can give more time for the students (remove "s" for proper noun agreement) to prepare for the other things. They cannot give up for the whole weekend. They can just prepare more time for their courses, do something for their home, do some housework and other things. So, in this way, they can have much time to do something they want.
Revised Answer (140 words):
The university made a change to the orientation program, offering students a choice between activities and reducing the duration from two days to one. The man has a positive opinion about these changes. He believes that offering choices provides flexibility, as each individual has different preferences. Some may enjoy hiking, while others may not. The second reason he mentions is that the new format allows students more time to prepare for other aspects of their college life, such as buying books, setting up their rooms, and getting ready for classes. By not taking up the entire weekend, students can better allocate their time to various tasks and activities they want to engage in.
